Fox Valley Room - Friday Film Schedule
We are excited to announce we have scheduled introductions by our stars prior to the film presentations. All appearances are to be considered tentative with the anticipation that they will appear as scheduled.   Any changes to the schedule will be posted.


12:00-12:45 (16mm Film Program)
Three stooges shorts beginning with a rarely broadcast MGM short with Ted Healy, Moe, Larry & Curly from the beginning of their careers ("Nertsery Rhymes", 1933).   Following will be another with Curly from Columbia Pictures.

StarGate SG1 ("Fallout") - Written and directed by Corin, he returned to star in this special episode of the sci-fi series after leaving the show.   Stargate has just completed its 10 year run - the longest ever continuously running Sci-Fi series on TV.

3:00 - 3:15
An intro by Richard Chaves to his role in the "War of the Worlds" series followed by a key episode focused on his character.

War of the Worlds ("Dust to Dust")

4:15 - 4:30
Larry Storch introduces two of his films each with a "Vampire" theme in keeping with "Halloween"

4:30-5:00 - F-Troop  ("V is for Vampire")

5:00-6:00 - Kolchak   ("The Vampire")

6:00-7:00
Star Trek The Next Generation ("Who Watches the Watchers" - season 3 episode 4). Don't miss what is considered one of the best Star Trek episodes of all time - comparable to the other great episode "The Inner Light" from this series. This episode starred Kathyrn Leigh Scott. Though not scheduled to introduce this film, she will join us for a Q&A after the show or later in the evening.

7:00-7:30  
Q&A/Panel   - All of our guests will be invited for a short Q&A after the dealer's room closes at 7PM and before the dinner at 7:30.    There is no guarantee who will participate for this approximate ½ hour panel but surprises can be fun too!   This may be an opportunity for some of our guests not showcased in our film program to meet with you!   The dinner will follow ending at 9:00 and our program begins here again at 9:15

Charity dinner - 7:30-9:00
We have allowed additional time for people to be settled back into the room after dinner. The schedule may be pushed out a few more minutes if the dinner is delayed.

9:15 - 9:30
Intro by Kathyrn Leigh Scott for the evening feature.

9:30 - 11:00
"House of Dark Shadows", t he film which followed the TV soap opera series "Dark Shadows." Recently unleashed from his coffin, the vampire (Barnabas) goes on a killing spree, while charming his present day family members. In the process he meets Maggie Evans and notices that she looks exactly like his deceased fiance Josette (both played by K.L.Scott).

11:00 pm - 11:30
We end the evening showcasing Felix Silla with a viewing of an episode of The Addams Family ("Cousin Itt Visits the Addams Family") featuring Felix Silla as Cousin Itt. Felix has appeared in many genre films but may be best known as the unforgettable Cousin Itt.   Mr. Silla is not scheudled to make an appearance prior to the film. However, in the event that changes, we have allowed time as the room closes at 11:45.

     It's Halloween!   Please visit the "Dare To Be Scared" Haunted House!  
 "Star Memories", the home of your film program sponsors, is turned into a kid-friendly haunted house! Admission is free with the donation of at least one non-perishable food item (canned) for donation to the Carpentersville F.I.S.H. Food Pantry!  In its 5th year running, rooms are dedicated to the Addams Family and the monsters of film - Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein, the Mummy, the Creature, and more!
